Click on any "Add To Cart" or "BUY NOW!" button to start your web order. A few minutes after you have sent us your order, we will send an email acknowledgement to let you know that we received your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
WE SHIP QUICKLY
Enjoy Hobbies tries to ship your order on the same day we receive it from you. We use the Hong Kong Post Air Mail and EMS. Hong Kong Post Air Mail take about 10 - 25 days which depending the location. EMS take about 7 - 12 days which depends on the location. If you need extra fast shipping, please email us. These services may be limited depending on your service area. Holidays and weekends will delay delivery. There are no guarantees on delivery time frames. Additionally, orders sent to Brazil and several other countries cannot be insured
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Oversized or heavy items or extremely large orders will incur extra fees. Small items will therefore receive reduced rates.
LOST PACKAGES
In the event you have not received your package within a reasonable, please contact your local post office or Customs Office. In most cases, the package may be waiting to be picked up. You can track the status of your package at www.hongkongpost.com or www.ems.com.cn using the Delivery Confirmation number provided in your shipment notification email or by logging into your account.
If it is determined that the package is lost, you will be required to sign a loss affidavit and authorize a Postal investigation on your behalf.
If you have provided an incomplete, wrong address, or did not pick up your package and your package is returned back to us, you will incur additional shipping fees to resend the package out to you. Please be certain that the information you provide is correct and contact immediately if you have made an error.
IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT
If a package that has obviously been damaged during shipment is delivered to your door, SIGN for it and note above your signature the word "damaged" (or "open" if the box was broken open), and request that the delivering company make an inspection.
If the damage during shipment was concealed, please notify the delivering carrier and notify us when you discover the damage. You must keep the damaged carton until the shipment has been inspected by the carrier.
Order Cancellation and Cooling Off
In generally, you can call us or email us in 24 hours for cacelling the order, but if you have already recieved a shipping notice, we am afraid it is too late and sifting through hundreds of boxes just is not feasible.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Change your mind? We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Enjoy Hobbies within 7 days of contact from the date you receive your package. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee on certain items. Please E-Mail ahead for return authorization. Packages without return authorization will be refused to the carrier. All returns must be authorized by us via phone or email prior to sending items back. There are no returns on any Tools except in the case of a defect. If your order shipped free due to our free shipping offer and the total order falls below $99 after a return, the actual shipping fees will be deducted from your refund/credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item(s) you wish to return is in-operable, it may be defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise normally need to be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Most of manufacturer defects found after the product has been installed or used revert to the manufacturer's warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you contact us before taking any action. Please do not attempt to self-repair a defective item, doing so will void your warranty and your ability to return the item. Return shipping costs for warranty issues are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED RETURNS
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please E-Mail or call us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away and take photos if possible.

BACKORDERS
A backordered item is an item that we normally carry in stock, but which is currently out of stock. When we put an item on backorder to you, we will automatically ship the item to you when we receive the item back into our stock.
WARRANTIES
We guarantee our product to be free from defect for 45 days after the date of purchase. If you find that an item you purchased from us is defective within that 45 day period, we will replace it at no charge to you.
